In 2023, the retirement age in Kazakhstan may decrease. The Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Yeraly Tugzhanov  informed, Adyrna correspondent reported citing Astana channel.

He said that the issue of lowering the retirement age was being discussed in the country. According to Tugzhanov, this issue should be studied in depth.

"A final decision will be made by the end of this year. It is being discussed now, "he said.

It's worth noting that today the retirement age for men is 63. And for women - 60 years. This figure will gradually reach 63 years by 2027.
