Beeline is actively improving communication in Zhambyl region.

The past 2021 has been very beneficial for the mobile operator: new base stations have started operating, as well as new technologies have been launched in individual settlements.

With the active support of district administrations and the centralized work of all departments, during the year Beeline created and launched 14 base stations. This is a volume to be proud of, as the construction of new antenna-mast structures takes an average of 3 months to a year.

Now 3G and 4G technologies can be connected in the following settlements: Surat village (Merke district), Aral, Zhanaturmys (Kordai district), Karakemer (Zhambyl district), Kokdonen, Turar, Zhaksylyk (Ryskulov district), Myrzata (Baizak district), Aidarly (Moinkum). district), Shakpakata and Karasaz (Zhualy district), Igilik, Ondiris (Sarysu district), Tamdy (Talas district).

In the cities of Taraz, Shu, Karatau and Zhanatas in the beginning of 2021, additional frequencies were launched, which allowed to reduce the network load and double the 4G speed.

8 base stations were built and put into operation within the framework of the sharing project between the operators of the "250+" project. 3G and 4G connections are now available to residents of Keru, Sogandy, Ashchybulak, Aktogay, Akermen, Akzhol, Koshekbatyr and Koshaman villages.

"We try to not only improve the quality of distribution in Zhambyl region, but also to provide the population with access to advanced technologies, such as DualBeam," said Almaz Asanov, Head of Technical Department of Beeline in Taraz.

For the first time in Kazakhstan, in particular in Zhambyl region, in the village of Masanchi, two-beam antenna (DualBeam) technology was tested and introduced. This allowed to increase the capacity of the two base stations by 4 times.

FWA technology - a fixed broadband connection based on a mobile network - has also been launched in the village of Kulan. Thanks to FWA technology, villagers will be able to access high-speed Internet at home.

In general, in Zhambyl region, in all 95 base stations with 2G and 3G technologies, additional 4G communication is connected.

It should be noted that all Beeline updates have a significant impact on the quality and speed of mobile Internet. According to statistics, last year the total consumption of 4G traffic in Zhambyl region increased by 66%. As of December 2021, 74% of Beeline subscribers in the region use mobile Internet. On average, a Beeline client consumes about 19 GB per month.
