Nurmuhamed Baigarayev became the press secretary of
President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, - reported the reporter of "Adyrna" with reference to Akorda's website.
"Nurmukhamed Ismanuly Baigarayev was appointed as the press secretary of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the Decree of the Head of State states.
Before that, he served as deputy press secretary.
