A member of Kazakhstan's youth weightlifting team won the World Championship, reports the national portal "Adyrna".
According to Olympic.kz, the World Championship is being held in Leon, Spain. The country's sportsman Edige Emberdy, who competed in the weight category up to 89 kg, won the gold.
Alireza Abaspour from Iran took the second place, Joxer Albornos from Colombia took the third place.
