In the capital, the ceremony of awarding the laureates of the XVI "Zhan Shuak" public award, organized by the Kazakhstan Confederation of Disabled Persons with the support of the "AMANAT" party, took place.
More than a thousand guests and participants gathered in the Palace of Peace and Harmony. Before the event, a visual and applied art exhibition was held, where works of art created by artists with special needs were presented.
