Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan Nurlan Yermekbayev has announced his readiness to resign after the emergency situation in Zhambyl region, Adyrna correspondent reports.

"After hearing this news, I decided to resign. The rest will be decided by the top management, "he told to"Azattyk" radio.

It's worth noting that Nurlan Bayuzakovich was appointed Minister in 2018.
