According to foreign media, the US delegation will include Secretary of State Mark Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, and Special Envoy for the Middle East Steve Witkoff.
The exact composition of the Russian delegation remains unknown. However, it was previously reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was planning to visit Saudi Arabia.
It is worth noting that on February 15, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he would not attend the meeting in Saudi Arabia.
