In the village of Mukashy, Zaysan District, 2,000 bales of hay weighing over 600 tons caught fire, as reported by the “Adyrna” national portal, citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ press service.
Thanks to the efforts of firefighters, the fire was contained and did not spread to other areas. It was fully extinguished at 07:07.
There were no fatalities or injuries. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded the public to follow fire safety rules when storing and collecting hay.
