By order of the Head of State, Bauyrzhan Alenov has been appointed as the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs. This was reported today, October 7, by the Akorda press service, according to “Adyrna.”
Bauyrzhan Tolegenuly was born on November 8, 1976, in the Kokshetau region. He holds a degree in Law and is a Master of Legal Sciences. In 2004, he graduated from the “Femida” Law Institute and, in 2012, completed his master’s degree at the Karaganda Law Institute. He began his career in the internal affairs agencies in May 1997.
It should be noted that he previously served as the head of the Almaty Region Police Department.
