The government has allocated 576 millions tenge for bathymetric studies to determine the water level in rivers in order to prevent floods. The resolution was signed by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.

According to information, the allocated funds will be received by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.

"The main part of the financing will be directed to the purchase of equipment and technical equipment, as well as to research.
