"A new procedure has been introduced for citizens who plan to stay in this country for more than 60 days for personal reasons not related to work, study or business. Now for registration, they will need a document confirming the right to stay in the republic depending on the purpose of the trip," the Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan announced.

The new requirements apply to citizens of countries with a visa-free regime, such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Moldova.

Citizens of EAEU countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus) can travel in Kyrgyzstan for up to 90 days without registration.
