For the second year in a row, Balhash tour Fest has been delighting Balkhash residents and guests with various entertainment and cultural events on the shores of the lake. Organizers have prepared a large-scale two-day program for vacationers, which includes cultural, sports and environmental activities.
The festival is taking place on the shore of the lake, in Akshagil district. Balhash Tour Fest will give a new impetus to the development of tourism in the region, the organizers believe.
Yerzhan Yerkinbayev, Vice Minister of Tourism and Sports, congratulated the guests with the opening of the festival.
- I congratulate you on a huge cultural and sports event aimed at the development of tourism. The number of tourists in Balkash is increasing every year. Last year, more than 360,000 vacationers came to the region. This is 60 thousand more than in 2022. It is not for nothing that the resort area of the lake is included in the top 10 objects of the republican tourism map, - said Yerzhan Yerkinbayev.
