Antikor denied the initiation of a criminal case against ex-minister Bagdat Musin.
"Currently, the Anti-Corruption Agency and its territorial divisions do not have a criminal case against the former Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry Musin Bagdat Batyrbekuly," the report said.
It should be noted that Baghdad Musin headed the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry from September 2020 to April 30, 2024.
He was dismissed from office on April 30 by the verdict of the president.
