Marzhan Abdullina, the mother of five children diagnosed with Down syndrome, is the director of "Nasledie" public association, "Adyrna" reporter reports.

"This syndrome was discovered when children of his age learned to hold their heads up, sit, turn and walk. Temirlan began to move on his own only at the age of 2," says the boy's mother.
