Majilis deputy Islam Sunkar raised the issue of housing and criticized the algorithm of "Otbasy Bank", the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"Today, when issuing a loan, "Otbasy Bank" regardless of whether the client immediately brought 50% of the required amount or deposited it, the bank gives a loan and charges interest on the entire amount. For example, if a client brings 10 million tenge, the bank will give him 10 million tenge, the interest rate is calculated as 20 million tenge," said Islam Sunkar at the Majilis meeting on Wednesday.
