A part of "Baysat" bazaar belonging to Kairat Satybaldi was returned to the state. This decision was made by the specialized inter-district economic court of Almaty, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"On January 17, 2024, the decision of the specialized inter-district economic court of Almaty city to recognize as invalid all transactions made with the property of the holding complex "Almaty Zyla" ("Baysat" bazaar) entered into legal force," the report said.
It was said in the court that facts of illegal sale of the complex were confirmed without complying with the requirements of the agreement on preservation of the status of activity and prohibition of alienation. A 4-year-old property appraisal report without a mandatory sales contract is shown.
"The property consisting of 3 objects with a total area of 4,221.4 m2 and 1.4 hectares of land was owned by the joint venture companies "KazGerStroy" LLP and "Astana Finansial Group" LLP owned by Baurzhan Nursultan (son of Kairat Satybaldi), the prosecutors said. .
It should be noted that during the pre-trial investigation, Kairat Satybal voluntarily returned part of the "Baysat" market.
