The investigation into the criminal case against Nursultan Nazarbayev's nephew, former First Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee Samat Abish has been completed. This was announced by the Prosecutor General's Office, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to reports, the case against the former first deputy chairman of the National Security Committee, Samat Abish, was sent to the court.
Also, the General Prosecutor's Office noted that the data of the pre-trial investigation will not be made public, taking into account that the criminal case contains information containing state secrets.

"A criminal case is being investigated against Samat Abish for abusing his official authority. The case is being investigated. I can't say how many, which episodes," answered the Deputy Prosecutor General.
