For 2023, 71.9 billions tenge were allocated to 3,176 applications for the "Happy Family" program and 3,610 applications for the "Shanyrak" program. This means that out of 415,700 people waiting for asylum, only 6,786 applications will be approved this year. This is 1.6% of the total number of needy people who can get housing under a mortgage, Tanasheva said.
The deputy said that it is necessary to make mortgage loans available to families raising children with many children, single-parents and children with disabilities.
