President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev instructed the Government to allocate 1 million dollars as emergency aid to the Republic of Turkey, which suffered from a devastating earthquake. Akorda announced this, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
Also, the competent authorities of Kazakhstan, together with the Turkish side, are considering the issue of providing additional assistance to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake.
It should be noted that according to the latest data, the number of people killed in two devastating earthquakes in Turkey has reached 5,834, and 34,810 people have been injured.
