On November 28, at around 11:00 p.m., the Department of Emergency Situations received a call about the breakdown of a passenger bus traveling in the direction of "Tajikistan - Moscow" in the "Golubye Prudy" sub-district of Karaganda. The vehicle's fuel system was found to be damaged.
- Employees of the Emergency Situations Department, who arrived at the scene, ensured the safety of the location of the bus on the highway and provided comprehensive assistance. Local executive bodies organized the towing of the defective bus to the heating boxes, said the Karagandy regional railway station.
