Party conferences were held in regional and territorial branches of "AMANAT". Summarizing the work of regional branches in 10 months of 2022, as well as issues of dismissal of mayors from the position of branch chairmen were discussed on the agenda.
In March of this year, the Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev stated in his address to the people of Kazakhstan that it is necessary to legally prohibit mayors and their deputies from holding positions in party branches. At the beginning of November, appropriate amendments were made to the legislative acts.
