The general director of Astana-Zelenstroy LLP Aibar Nauryzali is suspected of taking a bribe of 9 millions tenge. He fully admitted his guilt, the press service of the Anti-Corruption Service reported, adyrna.kz reports with reference to Tengrinews.kz.
"The Anti-Corruption Service has completed the investigation of the criminal case against the General Director of Astana-Zelenstroy LLP A. Nauryzali on the fact of receiving a bribe.
Nauryzali is suspected of having received funds in the amount of 9 millions tenge on September 2 from the director of Tabigat NS Service LLP S. Karlova, for the unimpeded signing of acts of work performed under contracts on public procurement for landscaping the districts of Almaty and Yesil of Astana city," - According to the agency, Nauryzali's charges are confirmed by the materials of operational-search activities, covert investigative actions, and testimonies of witnesses.
"The procedural detention of Nauryzali in accordance with Article 128 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was not applied in connection with the full admission of guilt," the agency explained.
The final decision on his guilt will be made by the court.
LLP is engaged in gardening of Astana. On the website, Nauryzali is listed as the general director of the enterprise.
