A working meeting with actor, director, screenwriter, and producer Jackie Chan took place at Salem Entertainment in Almaty, reports Adyrna national portal.
According to the company, the parties have begun work on a major joint project. During his visit to Almaty, Jackie Chan personally toured potential filming locations. A significant part of the movie is expected to be shot in Kazakhstan.
Jackie Chan also wrote about this on his official page:
“I have chosen filming locations in Almaty. Many thanks to Salem Entertainment for their warm hospitality,” he posted.
Representatives of Salem Entertainment noted that details of the project are being kept secret for now:
“Believe us, exciting news is ahead. Stay tuned, the most interesting is yet to come,” the company’s statement said.
It was previously reported that Jackie Chan had arrived in Almaty.
