It is planned to give a name to the first nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan. This was reported by the Atomic Energy Agency, according to “Adyrna” national portal.

“It is planned to give a name to the first NPP in Kazakhstan. Work in this direction is currently underway. If relevant proposals are submitted, we are ready to consider them,” the agency’s representatives said.

The agency noted that additional information on the plant’s exact name and the procedure for submitting proposals will be announced later.
