The man who shot former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has been formally charged with murder. The case was sent to the prosecutor's office, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
41-year-old Tetsuya Yamagami pleaded guilty. He also said he tried to make a bomb. Earlier, the police searched his house and found several improvised weapons and explosives.
