Today at the plenary session of the Majilis the bill "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the regulation and development of the insurance market and the securities market" was approved.
"Today, there are many cases of fraud in the field of credit. Each financial institution or second-tier bank sends a loan to the credit bureau, where the loan base is formed within 15 days. According to our amendments, credit information is registered within a day. Now, people who try to get a loan in 5-6 banks at the same time in one or two days will not have such an opportunity.
