In East Kazakhstan region, a 19-year-old man tried to commit suicide by jumping from a car bridge crossing the Irtys river, the "Adyrna" portal wrote.
Rescuers arrived at the scene while the guy was still standing on the bridge, and the police tried to dissuade him from what he intended to do, the SKO Emergency Department reported.
