It was reported that the cyber police of the West Kazakhstan region arrested a Russian "swindler for hire". The suspect was placed in a temporary detention center, "Adyrna" national portal reports with reference to polisia.kz. On July 29, CyberPol employees of the West Kazakhstan regional police department, together with their colleagues from Kokshetau, arrested a Russian citizen.
