Altynbek Mademarov, ex-chairman of the Taraz city court of Zhambyl region, was sentenced to 3 years by the verdict of Taraz city court No. 2. He was found guilty of accepting a bribe, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.
The defendant fraudulently received cash in the amount of 1 million tenge from a citizen for assisting in a positive decision in a civil case on recognition of the purchase and sale transaction and ownership rights as valid.
Mademarov was deprived of the right to hold public office for life
