Kazakh schoolgirls can now attend classes wearing headscarves, reports the national portal "Adyrna".
The Supreme Court noted that children's right to education is being restricted and found this ban on educational organizations illegal.
Human rights defender Jaslan Aitmaganbetov reported this information on his Instagram page that the Supreme Court rejected the decision of the regional court.
