President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev on his election victory. This was reported by the press service of Akorda, the national portal "Adyrna" wrote.
In turn, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev noted that the agreements reached during his official visit to
Baku would be the main orientation in comprehensive strengthening of bilateral relations.
