Politician Mukhtar Taizhan was detained by the police for participating in an unauthorized rally on April 9, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
He announced this on his Facebook page.
"Friends, the police came to my house and are taking me away under Article 488, 04/09/23. for the rally. Don't worry!", the message says.
