In the Shieli district of Kyzylorda region, a fire broke out at a gas station, injuring one person. The Emergency Situations Department reported this on November 14, as announced by the “Adyrna” national portal.
According to the information, an ignition of a gas-air mixture led to a fire, which then spread to a nearby two-story building.
“Firefighters extinguished the blaze across an area of 360 square meters, cooling a 20-ton fuel tank with water to prevent it from exploding due to the high temperatures,” stated the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
As a result of the incident, a gas station employee born in 1991 was hospitalized with moderate injuries.
