An earthquake in eastern Afghanistan has killed 920 people and injured about 620, Adyrna reports. The US Geological Survey said the quake struck on the morning of June 22. The magnitude of the oscillation was 6.1 points.
The disaster destroyed the southeastern province of Paktika and the eastern province of Khost.
