President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev will address the people of Kazakhstan in mid-March. The press secretary of the President, Berik Uali has informed, the national portal "Adyrna" reports.
Berik Uali reminded that on January 11 the President announced at a meeting of the Majilis that he would prepare a new package of political reforms based on dialogue with civil society and experts.
"In this regard, the President plans to issue an Address to the Nation in mid-March, which will outline the main directions of reforms and the most important measures aimed at the political transformation of society," Berik Uali wrote on his Facebook page.
