The national portal “Adyrna” reports that after the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan ratified an agreement with Qatar, it was announced that local soldiers would be required to learn Arabic. Recently, members of the Mazhilis discussed a draft law to approve an agreement regulating military cooperation between Kazakhstan and Qatar. The document sets new norms for the transit of military equipment, logistics support, financing, and the use of airspace and military ranges.
Additionally, the agreement includes provisions for teaching Arabic to Kazakh soldiers to enhance their communication with Qatari military personnel.
