Today in Kazakhstan the first participant of the 4% car loan program was given the keys to a new car, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
Bekzat Tlegen was the first Kazakh-metropolitan engineer to ride in a soft loan program. He applied on May 16 through BankCenterCredit.
It will be recalled that the application process for a soft car loan began on May 16. The application is accepted by three second-tier banks.
