China’s popular TV channel Hunan TV has showcased a video filmed at some of Kazakhstan’s most beautiful tourist destinations, reports the national portal Adyrna.
The video is part of a new television project titled “Voice Beyond Horizon”, which was filmed in Kazakhstan. The project aims to introduce the country’s rich natural and cultural heritage and promote its tourism potential to millions of viewers.
The project was initiated by Dimash Kudaibergen in collaboration with Hunan Broadcasting System.
In September 2025, the filming crew and participants traveled across various regions of Kazakhstan, covering more than 7,436 kilometers. During the 22-day journey, they explored the country’s natural and cultural landmarks.
The filming featured famous artists from Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Italy, Malaysia, and Serbia.
The project highlights unique natural locations along the Great Silk Road, including Turkistan, Bozjyra and the Caspian coast in Mangystau, Lake Kaindy, Saty village, Kapshagai Reservoir in the Almaty region, as well as Lake Kobeytuz and Burabay in the Akmola region.
The “Voice Beyond Horizon” project is scheduled to air on Hunan TV in 2026.
The project was supported by the national company Kazakh Tourism, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Passenger Transportation JSC, and regional administrations.
