From January to July 2025, Azerbaijan exported 490.6 thousand tons of fruits and vegetables worth a total of 506.4 million US dollars, reports Adyrna citing EastFruit.
According to the State Customs Committee, compared to the same period last year, the value of exported fruits and vegetables increased by 32% (122.5 million dollars), while the volume rose by 33.1% (122 thousand tons). In the first seven months of 2024, Azerbaijan exported 368.6 thousand tons of fruits and vegetables.
According to Abc.az, the main export products during the reporting period included tomatoes (143.6 thousand tons), hazelnuts (11.4 thousand tons), apples (54.4 thousand tons), persimmons (45.8 thousand tons), potatoes (70.8 thousand tons), and pomegranates (5 thousand tons).
