To mark the 80th anniversary of victory, 120 veterans who participated in the 1941-1945 war will each receive 5 million tenge from local administrations. This was announced today by the Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Olzhas Anafin, during a government meeting, reports the national portal ‘Adyrna.’
‘This payment will be made from the local budget. It is a one-time payment. There are approximately 120 veterans remaining across the country. Each of them will receive 5 million tenge,’ he said.
