The winner of the “Qazaq Aruy” competition, held on November 13, is set to be reselected. Producer Bayan Alaguzova announced this on her Instagram page, according to the “Adyrna” national portal.
The producer explained that due to the high number of voters, the voting system experienced technical issues. A Telegram bot intended to operate for 15 minutes only functioned for 4 minutes.
“Nearly half a million people expressed interest in voting. This demonstrates the popularity of our competition. As organizers, we want to rectify the provider’s error and reschedule the voting for tomorrow’s broadcast. Tomorrow at 5:00 PM Almaty time, the KTK TV channel will air the event held on November 13. It will show what happened, but we will restart the voting during the broadcast,” said Bayan Alaguzova on her page.
The next voting round will take place tomorrow from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The producer also noted that the channel is not responsible for the technical issues.
