"Aktobe" and "Akzhar" religious boarding houses were closed in the city of Aktobe, the correspondent of "Adyrna" reported.

The City Prosecutor's Office found that the requirements of the legislation were violated during the inspection of charitable institutions in the form of children's boarding houses.

"In the course of studying the personal cases of boarding school students, it was found that they used religious literature, and in addition, there were notebooks with religious notes in their personal cases. In practice, the activities of the institutions contradict their statutory goals.

The religious orientation of the activities of charity institutions was also confirmed by the surveys of children and educators," said the message distributed on June 21.

Apart from that, the requirements of the sanitary-epidemiological, fire, and labor legislation were violated in the objects.

According to the prosecutor's office, the rights and freedoms of children to receive appropriate education, upbringing and timely medical care were significantly violated.

At present, the court deregistered and dissolved 2 boarding houses according to the lawsuit of the prosecutor's office of the city of Aktobe.
