Ruslan Zhaksylykov has been re-appointed to the position of Minister of Defense, the national portal "Adyrna" reported with reference to the press service of Akorda.
"Ruslan Fatikhuli Zhaksylykov was appointed as the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the Head of State," said the message on Tuesday.
