Galymzhan Koishybayev remained in the post of Deputy Prime Minister, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
"Galymzhan Telmanuly Koyshibaev will be appointed to the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Head of the Government Office," the decree reads.
Galymzhan Telmanuly Koishibaev, born in 1968. A native of Kyzylorda.
In 1995-2004, he worked as an attaché, third secretary, first secretary, adviser, adviser-representative of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation. In 2004, he was the authorized representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
