"Umay" housing loan program has been operating in Kazakhstan for the third year. This is a joint project of "Otbasy" Bank and Asian Development Bank (ADB). This year, within the framework of the third tranche, 15.6 billion tenge were allocated for its implementation. Acceptance of applications began on May 10, 2023, and the limit of allocated money was exhausted in the afternoon of that day.
