One of the largest road infrastructures in Kazakhstan
The Big Almaty ring road has been opened, the reporter of "Adyrna" reported.
"The said ring road is the first concession project in the history of the country. Its construction was started 3 years ago on the basis of a Turkish-Korean consortium, and according to the plan, it was supposed to be put into operation in 2024. However, as a result of intensive work, this facility is being handed over ahead of schedule," wrote the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development.
The bypass was built according to technical category 1a. The Eurasian Development Bank also participated in the financing of this project.
