Yesterday, Majilis received the bill "On Mass Media", which has been in dispute for a long time. Also, the draft Law "On Online Platforms and Online Advertising" was reviewed in the first reading. Should people who write paid posts have a special tag?
- First of all, the law is common to everyone. We are all equal before the law, we are talking about the rule of law. Second, the designation is established by a special rule after the adoption of the law. Because whether it's advertising or not, sometimes it can be manipulative. For example, sometimes drugs or the interest of a certain institution may be advertised. Therefore, it is known in international practice that special labeling is available on the online platform as it is in newspapers.
