Alibek Kuantirov reminded that each draft law should undergo a regulatory analysis. According to the minister, the relevant draft law of the Ministry of Health on banning vaping has not passed the inspection for six months, for which the department should follow all procedures correctly.
"We have sent them for review several times because they do not comply with the inspection rules. We also have to think about small and medium-sized businesses. When the Ministry of Health does everything right, we are ready to go for it. Personally, I support the ban on vaping." This may not be a panacea. We need to work out regulatory measures. Only document recommendations are incorrect. But in general, we are ready to go for it," said the minister.
