The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan explained that there were four Kazakh women on the boat at the time of the incident, the national portal "Adyrna" reported.
According to Ulysmedia.kz publication, there were about 30 people on board, among them citizens of Kazakhstan, Russia, China and Ukraine.
"Three of them need medical help. After examination by doctors, two compatriots were hospitalized. Their conditions are stable, their health and lives are not in any danger," said the MFA.
All costs are paid by the company that owns the boat. Our consul is in regular contact with the affected Kazakhstani women.
