A number of social issues were raised at the briefing. One of them is gasification of villages. Currently, only 14% of 64 settlements in the district are connected to gas, or only 8.7 thousand of 25 thousand subscribers are covered with blue fuel.
A private investor company named "Aukat Invest" is preparing a project-estimate document for supplying gas to 5 villages. The cost of the project will be determined when the said document is ready. Funds were allocated for 3 more projects. In addition, it is worth mentioning that this company is developing an investment project in order to fully cover 54 settlements. First, the above-mentioned 5 villages will be connected to blue fuel. This plan will continue for 5 years. The price of connecting to gas will be approximately 350 thousand tenge," said the mayor.
